Terms of Service

1. Service Scope & Agreements

ExaTech IT Ghana provides structured cabling, database analysis, custom web/mobile software development, 4K CCTV physical security installations, and youth STEAM education programs under signed service agreements or approved proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide reasonable access to physical premises, servers, network racks, and technical specifications necessary to complete contracted installations and deployments.

3. Payment & Warranties

Payments are made in Ghanaian Cedi (GH₵) or agreed currencies. Workmanship and hardware installations carry standard post-delivery SLA warranties as detailed in individual service proposals.
