Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Project Cancellations

Cancellations requested before physical cabling or custom software milestone work begins are eligible for a full refund minus unrecoverable hardware component purchases.

2. Robotics Academy Enrolments

Tuition refunds for youth robotics programs are available within the first 7 days of cohort commencement if the learner is unable to attend.
